The director of Språkbanken Text leads the daily work, and is assisted by the management group and the operational group, which act as advisory bodies.
Management group
The management group consists of:
- Director: Markus Forsberg
- Director of Nationella språkbanken: Lars Borin
- Deputy directors: Dana Dannélls and Aleksandrs Berdicevskis
- Administrative coordinator: Jenny Kierkemann
Operational group
The operational group, which acts as an advisory body, makes room for dialogue och discussions about operatioinal and strategic issues. The group has weekly meatings to:
- report from different parts of the organisation
- discuss current issues and problems
- answer or forward questions submitted to Språkbanken Text, eg to sb-info@svenska.gu.se
It is important that all staff categories and key functions at Språkbanken Text are reasonably represented in the operational group. The group currently consists of:

The representatives are appointed each year, with an aspiration for even distribution throughout the organization.
