The Kelly list is a compilation of the 8,425 most common words in Swedish. The list was created in 2010 from web texts amounting to 114 million words.
What words are the most common actually depends on what material you look at. We have frequency tables for our corpora, and combining them can give a reasonable picture, but we currently only have corpora of written language. Our frequency tables, along with descriptions of their columns, are available here: https://spraakbanken.gu.se/en/tools/korp/corpus-statistics. The "All in one file" table is very large, so make sure you right-click and choose "Save as" rather than opening it directly in the browser.
