L2 - Second and foreign language
Projects within ICALL described here have come out of practical needs during the development of the language learning application Lärka. Among these are:
- Sentence readability
- Developing L2-specifid resources, such as corpus of essays, corpus of course books, productive vocabulary list, receptive vocabulary list, etc.
- Linguistic complexity analysis
- Automatic level-grading of L2 texts, namely essays and reading comprehension texts
