PhD seminar - Anna Lindahl

Anna Lindahl, Phd student in natural language processing, presents her project  on argumentation mining in Swedish data. Argumentation mining, related to opinion mining and sentiment analysis, aims to retrieve and analyze argumentation automatically, usually from text. As there are few corpora in Swedish suitable for this task the first step towards argumentation mining in Swedish is to create or annotate a resource for this purpose. In the seminar the field of argumentation mining will be introduced together with current research and challenges and will conclude with plans for the future.
